Quotation Validity: Preliminary estimates or initial commercial quotations generated by Houseway Interiors are valid for a strict period of 20 days from the date of issuance unless extended in writing.
Scope Definition: Final execution terms, bill of quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and project timelines are strictly governed by the itemized line items detailed in the final Client Agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Ownership: All content on this Platform—including text, graphics, logos, 3D renderings, floor plans, Sketchup models, video walkthroughs, and custom furniture designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Houseway Interiors or its licensors.
